About us
CTI was created by Theresa Taprogge and Nathalie Collaud-Albrecht. Both graduated from the IneKo (Institute of development of personal and interpersonal competence), an institute affiliated to Cologne university, to become certified mediators. With their structured legal educational backgrounds, their diversified work experiences across different industries and departments and their interpersonal skills, developed through their experience working in professional legal environments as well as mothers, they are able to provide professional mediation services guided by practical and human competencies.
Nathalie Collaud-Albrecht
I am Swiss and moved to Germany from France at the end of 2017. After I finished my law studies in Switzerland, I completed my degrees with a Master of laws (LL.M.) in international business law in Toronto (Canada) and a certificate of advanced studies (CAS) in international sports organizations in Zürich (Switzerland). After some enriching work experiences as a lawyer in the fields of sports, health and finance, and also after having explored the challenging field of becoming a mother of three children, I decided to enlarge my competences in becoming a certified mediator at IneKo, in Cologne (Germany). As a passionate believer in the efficiency and sustainability of the tool of mediation as an alternative way to resolve conflict, I am inspired and motivated to offer my competencies as a mediator in the field of business, sport and health.
Theresa Taprogge
I went to law school in Cologne. After passing the Second State Examination in Germany I went on to study Swiss law at the University of Lucerne and graduated with the MLaw degree. Afterwards I practiced as a business lawyer in the Zug subsidiary of a Canadian company. After returning to Germany my husband and I became parents of two kids with whom we are now living in the city of Düsseldorf. Ever since I took a one term course on mediation during my Lucerne studies I wished to become a mediator. In 2020 I followed that urge and became a certified mediator at IneKo in Cologne. I am looking forward to assist you in finding sustainable solutions in the field of education, family and health.
