Children learn at an early age how to handle disputes. By introducing mediation tools to children, they can learn how to manage their emotions when it comes to disputes as well as how to find a solution oriented approach.  By developing the language of conflict with children in a positive way, it removes the likelihood to resort to violence.  Mediation can be used to solve disputes but also to prevent them :

• In schools
• Between teachers or educators
• Between directors and teachers or educators
• For school mediator training and mediation projects
• Between school administration and teachers
